Our Team
Jeremy is the CEO of Black Isle Group. He is the former Chief People Officer at the global HR, technology and services innovator Ceridian, where he worked for 15 years. He also worked as the Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of SD Worx, UK and Ireland. He began his professional career at BUPA. Jeremy is an executive coach and leadership mentor with an executive education at Henley Business School.
Matthew brings 35 years experience in designing, developing and implementing technology solutions. Over that time, he has built and lead several software engineering teams which has built class leading and award winning solutions and apps.
Over the past 18 years he has been at the forefront of analytics and AI within the Human Resource space and recognised as one of the top 30 influencers in the space
Sarah is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has a track record of maximising performance at the highest level in Olympic sport and business. Sarah ispassionate about delivering interventions that make a real difference to performance and wellbeing.
Sarah works with global organisations to create high performing team cultures, improve employee engagement and wellbeing and getting the right people into the team. Sarah was also part of Team GB as a performance psychologist at London and Rio Olympic games.
Saira works with organisations to build individual and workforce agility – leading and adapting to the now whilst looking ahead and keeping people at the heart of strategy. She helps individuals to identify behavioural factors affecting their performance in relation to the organisation’s strategy and operational requirements.
Saira offers in-depth experience in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development, talent management and assessment for selection and development.
Atholl is the Chairman of Black Isle Group. He is also Chair of Scottish Salmon; Chair of UK Coaching; and a non-executive director of a cinema business. He was a senior executive with the BBC for many years. Atholl is an Insead Executive Coach. He is the author of “Leaders in Lockdown” and an occasional columnist in The Times and City AM. He has studied leadership at Harvard and Cranfield.
Malgosia is an experienced project manager who leads on large-scale, bespoke client projects. She ensures that these projects are delivered on time and within budget, acting as the interface between the client, key stakeholders, third parties and the work that Black Isle delivers.
Tim has been coaching and advising multinational corporates at board level for 18 years. He was an officer in the British Army for 12 years, before founding Black Isle Group in London in 1998. As CEO of Black Isle Group, Tim brought together established international offices over three continents to grow a leading global brand in the field of executive communication coaching, and the London business to become one of the most respected leadership consultancies in Europe.
Doug ran the UK, Ireland and Mauritius arm of the global HR, technology and services innovator Ceridian for more than a decade, until it was sold to SD Worx in 2016. He is a former Managing Director of lastminute.com and a former MD of Budget Rent-a-Car. Doug is currently a partner in Prime Advantage Capital, the business advisory and corporate finance specialist. He advises a range of SMEs primarily in the HR, technology and services sector. Doug is a Chartered Accountant and a board advisor to Black Isle Group.
Tom is Account Director at Black Isle Group. His 13-year experience as a leadership development coach and facilitator has led him to run, design and deliver programmes across sectors and around the world, working with teams and individuals from middle management up to CEO level.
Andy is a business psychologist and human resources professional who has led learning, development and talent management strategies in the private and public sector. His practice covers executive coaching, corporate education, experiential leadership development and HR consulting.
Based in India, Haritha is a leadership and transformation coach with 16 year’s experience in HR leadership roles and as a coach and facilitator. Her forte is working with leaders and leadership teams individually and in groups to significantly enhance their effectiveness.
Rina brings with her 20 years of experience working with individuals and organizations to improve effectiveness, enhance fulfilment, and create sustainable change and results.
Rina has consulted with various organisations across industry sectors and has extensive experience working with senior leadership teams and executives in Europe, North America and Asia. Industries she has experience working with include banking & finance, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, technology, engineering, industrial & manufacturing, government, advertising & media.
Andy’s core expertise is in helping people become more compelling when they lead, communicate and innovate. He brings structure and drive to how we do things, is provocative and bold, and builds trust quickly. His broad experience uniquely positions him to work with clients on leadership, culture change and relationship management projects.
Susan has over 20 years’ experience working with middle managers and senior leaders to enhance their personal and professional effectiveness through self-awareness, emotional intelligence and resilience. She is passionate about enabling individuals and teams to create healthy, effective and successful places to work.
James focuses his expertise on helping leaders and teams work out what they’re really after and what they need to do to get there. He provides facilitation, consultancy and coaching services. James is part of the executive education faculty of Nottingham University Business School.
Ravi has a flair for developing leadership at personal, team and organisational levels. He enables senior leaders to perform more effectively as individuals, and as a community of peers, in order to deliver greater results through their people.

Nick is a highly-experienced business psychologist, leadership consultant and executive coach, with over two decades’ experience. He helps organisations improve business performance by identifying the potential and developing the abilities of individuals and teams. His experience spans many aspects of talent management, including selection, developing leadership capability, and high-potential identification and development.
Jane is an accomplished HR professional, with a passion for identifying and developing talent across multinational, matrixed organisations. She combines her HR and change expertise to work with executive teams, delivering radical agendas that ensure people plans are fit for purpose. Jane has developed a range of talent strategies, leadership development programmes and employee value propositions. With over 12 years’ consulting experience in organisational change and leadership development, Clare has a wealth of experience working with global companies to strengthen leadership capability and build diverse, high-performing teams. She has worked across a range of sectors, with extensive experience in banking, professional services, pharmaceuticals and media.
Trevor has over 30 years’ international experience as a leadership coach and organisational development consultant. His consulting approach is strongly business-focused, taking into account wider organisational implications, with an emphasis on achieving significant performance improvements.
Colin is an MSc-level executive coach and a specialist in management and leadership. He devises and delivers bespoke development programmes that support and challenge individuals and teams towards their best performance. He coaches and facilitates in the UK and internationally, across the financial services, retail and healthcare sectors.
An experienced executive and leadership team coach, Naomi brings 30 years of international experience to her executive coaching assignments. Fluent in French, Spanish and Italian, Naomi has held executive roles, managed teams and coached in international businesses across Europe. Typically, she works with leaders and leadership teams in strategic and operational transition, and personal career or role change.
Madhusree has over two decades of experience in facilitation and coaching. She has conducted workshops and individual Coaching for Senior leadership teams and has led a team of 270 trainers in her Corporate role.
