In episode 8 we welcome Tom Grinyer, the Chief Executive Officer of The British Medical Association. The BMA is the trade union and professional body for Doctors in the UK, with over 160,000 members.
Tom talks to us about the tremendous journey he has made through his career, from his university degree in politics and economics, HR Management Consultancy roles, to his work in parliamentary research and the BMA . We discuss how the different roles and learnings throughout Tom’s career have helped to shape him as a ‘People-Led’ CEO.
