Jeremy Campbell, is the CEO of Black Isle Group. He is the former Chief People Officer at the global HR, technology and services innovator Ceridian, where he worked for 15 years. He also worked as the Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of SD Worx, UK and Ireland. He began his professional career at BUPA. Jeremy is an executive coach and leadership mentor with an executive education at Henley Business School.
Sarah has over 20 years’ consulting and leadership development experience, working with executives and executive teams. Atholl is the Chairman of Black Isle Group. He was a senior executive with the BBC for many years; an Executive Director of ICAS; and a corporate affairs director for one of the UK’s largest utility companies. Atholl is currently Chair of the Scottish Salmon Producers’ Organisation; Chair of UK Coaching; and a board member and former Chair of the British Horseracing Authority. He is an Insead Executive Coach with a leadership education from Harvard and Cranfield.
Tim has been coaching and advising multinational corporates at board level for 18 years. He was an officer in the British Army for 12 years, before founding Black Isle Group in London in 1998. As CEO of Black Isle Group, Tim brought together established international offices over three continents to grow a leading global brand in the field of executive communication coaching, and the London business to become one of the most respected leadership consultancies in Europe.
Doug ran the UK, Ireland and Mauritius arm of the global HR, technology and services innovator Ceridian for more than a decade, until it was sold to SD Worx in 2016. He is a former Managing Director of lastminute.com and a former MD of Budget Rent-a-Car. Doug is currently a partner in Prime Advantage Capital, the business advisory and corporate finance specialist. He advises a range of SMEs primarily in the HR, technology and services sector. Doug is a Chartered Accountant and a board advisor to Black Isle Group.
Heidi looks after most operational areas of the business, from Finance to Human Resources to Information Technology. She is the primary link between Operations, the CEO and the Directors – with whom she works very closely to create and maintain a warm and inviting working culture. Heidi also ensures our internal systems and processes are working smoothly and efficiently.
With over 25 years experience spanning across and range of industries and sectors in sales leadership, mentoring and quota carrying roles, 14 of which have been in the HR and SaaS Space, Sarah is a true sales professional. She has worked with a considerable number of sales teams to devise and successfully execute Sales Strategies and Sales Leadership programs to propel growth.
