As part of the Client Experience Team, Inga is a Project Administrator at Black Isle. She supports the Directors and Associates and manages all aspects of projects including scheduling and communications, all the while ensuring a smooth process for the client.
Inga is also Executive Assistant to Director Richard Mayson, organising diaries and meetings as well as programme support as necessary.
What is the best advice you’ve ever been given?
‘’There are no ugly people in the world, just some unprofessional photographers’’

Which book/film/event changed your life?
I have two movies in my mind – Mr Nobody and Forrest Gump. Both movies changed the way I look at life.
Mr Nobody: This science fiction drama film helped me to realise that each decision is like a junction, with many possible outcomes.
Forrest Gump: A favourite line from this American, romantic, drama film is ‘My mom always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get’…. Life is a box of chocolates.
Give one characteristic that you feel every leader should have?
Along with many characteristics defining a real leader I believe that, first, a leader should have confidence in his or herself and the team.
What is the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?
The biggest risk I have ever taken is to be myself – be the true me inside and out.
What is the most meaningful part of your job?
The most meaningful part of my job is to be a part of ‘Remarkable’.
