Which book/film/event changed your life?

Book: Tim Ferris 4 Hour Work Week.
Give one characteristic that you feel every leader should have?
Listening ability. If you haven’t got this then you’re insulated, you’re truth starved and probably intoxicated on your own rhetoric.
What is the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?
Not the biggest risk, but perhaps the most entertaining. At school in the US I was the only British person. One night before graduation, I took down the stars and stripes flag out the front of school and sent the Union Jack up the flagpole. Fortunately, they saw the funny side.
What is the most meaningful part of your job?
Simple. The privilege of helping people develop themselves.
