As an established and accredited executive coach, Lindy specialises in working with senior leaders as a non-judgemental thinking partner. She works across the FTSE, NASDAQ and SMEs, working with CEOs, board directors, high potential individuals and also acts as a sounding board to start ups.
Lindy is a certified consultant and member of the IMC and EMCC. She has also lectured for the Cass Business School.

Which book/film/event changed your life?
Event: Growing up all over the world made me far more culturally aware and gave me a clear understanding of our differences which is goodness – by product is I have wonderful friends and colleagues everywhere

Give one characteristic that you feel every leader should have?
Empathy: Being able to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and really feeling what they are going through.
What is the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?
Throwing myself in the deep end with a job in order to support my boys, not really knowing if I would be successful – It was very difficult at times. I was successful and it was the best decision.
What is the most meaningful part of your job?
Easy: When people say thank you for getting me through that. Whatever “that” was.
