This would bring both a common language and methodology to the business and create an environment during client interactions, where the senior talent would listen rather than talk, question rather than tell, and reflect rather than problem solve.

The Result

The results were immediate. There was a significant uplift in deal flow, a huge improvement in the quality of conversations with clients and a much simpler, more effective approach to winning deals.
