Leadership Consultancy Targets Further Growth and a New Digital Future
The leadership development and performance consultancy Black Isle Group (BIG) has announced the appointments of three senior business leaders.
Over the past 20 years, BIG has worked with some of the world’s best-known businesses to help their senior executives and leadership teams outperform.
- Atholl Duncan, a former senior executive at the BBC; the Chairman of UK Coaching; Chairman of the Scottish Salmon Producers’ Organisation; and former Chairman of British Horseracing will become Chair of Black Isle Group.
- Jeremy Campbell, the former Chief People Officer at Ceridian and SD Worx, becomes the Chief Executive and joins the board.
- Doug Sawers CA, the former Managing Director at Ceridian, SD Worx, lastminute.com and Budget Rent-A-Car brings 28 years of board experience in technology, leadership and change and also joins as a Non-Executive Director.
The new investors believe it’s a great opportunity to further grow the business and adapt the BIG offer to meet the needs of CEOs and leadership teams who face coping with an era of unprecedented disruption and change.
Tim and Beth Richardson, the founders of Black Isle Group, will step back from the day to day running of the business to focus on developing the Black Isle Group Foundation. It supports community and educational projects in developing countries and is fast becoming a unique leadership development opportunity for BIG’s clients.
